These Terms govern your use of Gorm University. By creating an account, purchasing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Service and access
Gorm University provides online educational content. Access is for the purchasing account only. No sharing, reselling, or redistribution. We may update or remove features/content at any time.
Early access status
This is an early-stage product. Content, software tools, and availability may change, bugs may occur, and the video library may be expanded or reorganized over time. You are purchasing access to the product in its current state plus future updates we choose to add.
2) Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime through your billing portal. Taxes may be charged where required.
3) Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
4) License and restrictions
You get a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, reverse engineer, or create competing products from course materials.
5) Acceptable use
You may not use Gorm University, its content, or its tools to break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, evade platform rules, harass or defraud others, distribute malware or spam, scrape or overload the service, or build, market, or support unlawful, infringing, or abusive content or products. You are solely responsible for your prompts, inputs, outputs, uploads, and downstream use of any material created or shared through the service.

Content is educational and informational only. No guarantee of specific business, financial, or performance outcomes. Not legal, tax, or financial advice.
7) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gorm the Old LLC and its affiliates, officers, contractors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Gorm the Old LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the previous 12 months.
9) Termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations.
10) Governing law
Governed by Minnesota law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
